Return Policy
We want you to love every product you receive from Tamu & Glow. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, haircare, or wellness items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
- We will review and respond within 2 business days with next steps
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Academy Programs
Training program deposits and payments are non-refundable once the program has started. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund minus an administrative fee. Please contact us for details.
